Email us immediately (do not call or DM us on social media) so that we have a paper trail to help keep mistakes to a minimum! Once we begin processing your order for shipment we can no longer make any changes!

If you want to add to your order and avoid paying additional shipping charges we can definitely try to help, make sure you include a screen shot of the items you want to add.

You can either log into your Fritzy's account or check the email we sent once we shipped your package. Be sure to check your junk or "promotions" folder, sometimes they get sent there!

Remember, we have zero control of packages once they leave our shop. Recently UPS (and sometimes USPS) has gotten in the habit of marking packages as delivered when they leave the packing facility rather than when they actually arrive at your doorstep. Give it a few hours or until the next day and it should arrive!

99% of the time, YES!! We pride ourselves on only offering items in our store that are in stock and ready to ship. In the instance that we oversell or made a mistake on inventory we will let you know ASAP. 

In some instances we will take pre-orders on semi custom or custom orders that usually start around $500 for boot and plate.
