Items that may not be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Semi-custom skates you have us mount
  • Size or width upgrade boots and skates
  • Special Order Items
  • Clearance Items
  • Discontinued or Sale Items
  • Socks
  • Mouth Guards
  • Gift Cards


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
 

We hope you love what you picked out, but we get it if it’s just not right! Fritzy's Roller Skate Shop allows returns on items within 30 days of your purchase date. We ask that you return items with the tags on, unused and in the original packaging. If it’s been taken to your local Roller Disco, sadly, we can’t take it back.

Please do our staff a favor and try to pack your items back up just like you received them, this helps us expedite your return!

If we sent you something from far away (aka internationally) we suggest re-selling the item locally as the shipping fees often cost more than it is worth to return the item. 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item arrived incorrectly or damaged (see below).

We are only able to refund the original form of payment from your order. Please note for in store purchases we are not able to offer cash refunds. If you paid with cash and process a return we can offer a gift card/store credit in its place.

In order to process an in store return we will need a copy of your receipt or order number and ID. You are welcome to return in store to any of our physical locations in San Diego, CA.

P.S. - Please do not attach labels or shipping tape to skate boxes, please attach them to the shipping box. Feel free to try on your new skates, but do not skate in them. Our distributors will not take them back if there is any wear. 


Online Return Procedure:

  1. Visit your account to begin the return process: https://account.fritzysrollerskateshop.com
  1.  Please pack your merchandise in a box just like it was shipped to you and be sure to include your original packing slip with your order number. 
  2. Once your return package is on the way back to us, the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Please allow up to an additional 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

* Please do not tape, write on, or place return labels directly on skate boxes. Please use a secondary box to protect the original skate box - the same way it came to you. 


CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE? 

We do not facilitate online exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item that does not suit you and make a separate purchase for the new item. Please follow our return policy above. 

We are happy to accept in store exchanges on eligible items up to 30 days after your date of purchase. All items must be unworn and in brand-new, pristine condition in their original box. You must also have your receipt or order number and ID.


MY ITEM ARRIVED INCORRECT OR DAMAGED, HELP!

First, as folks who care a lot about their skates & accessories, we totally understand why you’re bummed. Whether your package got run over by the mail truck, quit working correctly or we mistakenly sent you the wrong item, we are happy to help.

Please email us at info@fritzysrollerskateshop.com with your order number as well as some information on what happened, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


IS MY ITEM COVERED UNDER A WARRANTY?

Items are classified as faulty or defective if they are received damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are deemed a result of normal wear and tear. 

Please email us at info@fritzysrollerskateshop.com with your order number, information on what happened, photos and/or a video. We work with each individual brand and manufacturer's warranty policy so please allow us 7-10 business days to follow up.
